Arctic Trucks has provided various operators’ solutions build around 4 wheel drive vehicles for over two decades. The solutions vary, from small alteration to largely rebuilding the original vehicle. Arctic Trucks emphasizes on using solutions built on Toyota Hilux for long distance travel in Antarctica. The Hilux is strong, simple, can carry big loads compared to its own weight and Arctic Trucks has a very good experience with the whole drive train. This vehicle can also be made in 6x6 configuration with a large rear deck that gives great flexibility to offer i.e. solutions for carrying up to 8 people (plus 5 in the cabin), sleeping quarters, office etc. Based on special requests and/or situation, Arctic Trucks can offer solutions built on some other models and brands.
